Jerry Sedgewick’s One of a Kind Microscope Vision Art

See fine art photography from a microscope view of common and uncommon natural world insects, butterflies, moths, pill bugs, celery, potatoes, bananas, green onions, houseflies, pill bugs, maple pods and more. Jerry has worked in the world of microscopes for over 30 years. His microscope art became a cover for the prestigious Science journal, and his books include numerous images from biological samples. Here Jerry extends his passion into the world of textures, patterns and colors from found samples and objects. He uses a Sigma camera for optimal color interpretation and an Olympus BX51 fluorescent and brightfield microscope.
